 On Friday May 3, 2013 the new Bogie Baseball Field was dedicated to Gerry (Coach) Ramsberger who participated in the ceremony via live video conference.

Hi Coach! You were such a BIG part of our lives in HS and I KNOW we were also a big part of your life. It was so sweet and so kind of you to constantly keep touch of how we all were doing and graciously attended anything you were invited to. As I look back, if you treated other classes like you did our class you and Mrs. Ramsberger were VERY busy people!!! Not to mention how attentive and conscientious you were coaching on the ball fields!!! I'm sure you are still, from high above, watching over all your guys :o) God be with you forever..... Coach Ramsberger, I remember well, a man whom I considered a tower of strength, not only physically but someone who also set a standard for morality. He was so much more than just a coach. I remember him paying attention to the physically weak and encouraging them to be all they could be. He demanded more from you than you thought you could give. Yes he was a tough coach and the most admired of my high school years. We were extremely fortunate to have a man of his stature in our formidable years. God bless the coach and his family.
